Mr. Feng DianboGeneral Manager of Phoenix Healthcare Group
Mr. Feng has successively served as general manager assistant and director of Strategic Investment Department of China Resources Phoenix Healthcare Holdings Co., Ltd., general manager of North China District, and executive president of Third Center Hospital of Baoding City, who is mainly engaged in investment, merger and acquisition, regional operation and comprehensive hospital management. Before joining Phoenix Healthcare Group, Mr. Feng served as senior manager of the audit department in Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2002 to 2013, mainly engaged in A-share and Hong Kong stock IPO and audit of listed companies. Afterwards, Mr. Feng served as the general manager of the internal audit department of China BAK Battery in 2007, mainly engaged in the establishment and improvement of internal control. In terms of academic achievements, Mr. Feng holds the master degree in business administration from Tsinghua University and the bachelor degree in management from Jilin University of Finance and Economics. Furthermore, he is also the Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and international Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Mr. Yang YuetongExecutive General Manager
Mr. Yang Yuetong has successively served as the director and vice president of Beijing Yanhua Hospital, mainly engaged in the operation and management of the physical hospitals of Group, project investment, merger and acquisition, medical and caring business development. He was the operation director of HongCi Medical of CITICPE before joining Phoenix Healthcare Group and once worked in the new industry development department of Shougang Group and Shougang Medical Investment Company, mainly engaged in the integration and expansion of medical industry. He obtained the master of project management of University of Science and Technology Beijing.

Ms. Ni JinDeputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Healthcare Group
Ms. Ni Jin has successively served as the chief financial officer and chief accountant of the group's member hospitals since joining the Phoenix Healthcare Group in April 2005. She obtained the Bachelor of Economics and Management, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and certified public accountant.

Mr. Li MeitianDeputy General Manager and Chief Information Officer of Phoenix Healthcare Group
Mr. Li Meitian has successfully served as the director and senior manager of the information management department of China Resources Phoenix Healthcare Group, possessing 17 years of experience in medical information construction and more than 10 years of experience in information team management. He used to work as the executive deputy general manager of Beijing Phoenix Lianchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and the system architect of Yidu Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, he has successively served as the director of Information Department of many hospitals of the group. Mr. Li Meitian graduated from Dalian Polytechnic University majoring in computer technology and application, and obtained EMBA from Peking University Health Science Center in 2016. Mr. Li Meitian is a member of the professional committee of remote health management of Chinese Health Association, a member of the expert database of Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and a director of Peking Health Information Technology Association.

Ms. Li HeDeputy General Manager and Chief Supply Officer of Phoenix Healthcare Group
Ms. Li He has successively served as general manager of Beijing Phoenix Jiayi Medical Device Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Beijing Phoenix Yisheng Science and Trade Co., Ltd., assistant to the president of Beijing Mentougou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, assistant to the president of Beijing Yanhua Hospital. She studied in the medical department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 2014 to 2015, received the master degree in international business Management and the bachelor degree in communication from De Montfort University from 2003 to 2006 and obtained the bachelor degree in communication from Northeast Normal University from 2000 to 2004. Furthermore, Ms. Li He is a member of the Youth Committee of Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association, the professional committee of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, the medical industry branch of China Association of Plant Engineering, and the clinical engineering branch of Chinese Non-government Medical Institutions Association. She is also the national second class psychological consultant, national second class human resource manager, national third class public nutritionist.
