Under the leadership Ms. Xu Jie, the founder of Group, Phoenix Healthcare successfully incubated the first Chinese mainland medical service enterprise (Stock Code: HK.1515) who entered the main board market of Hong Kong in 2013. Phoenix medical took the lead in opening up a new situation of capitalization of China’s medical and health industry, which was commented as “Groundbreaking Significance” by investment people, leading the upsurge of capitalization and securitization of China’s medical sector. In 2016, Phoenix Healthcare actively responded to country’s call for mixed ownership reform, promoted the realization of mixed ownership reform and completion of asset restructuring between the listed sector (HK. 1515) and China Resources (Holdings). After restructuring, the listed company invested and managed 120 medical institutions, providing more than 10,000 beds and receiving 10 million patient visits. Medical assets were be set on many provinces of North, Central and South China, becoming the largest nongovernmental hospital group in China at that time. Phoenix Healthcare withdrew from the listing platform in 2018, explored a new upgrading mode for medical and health industry, reconstructed Beijing Yanhua Hospital Group, built business sectors, including platform hospitals, Internet hospitals, doctor groups, and created platform based medical and health service group. Phoenix Healthcare participated in the strategic reconstructing with Capital Healthcare Group in 2018 and became the dominant stockholder of Capital Healthcare, which indicated that the development of the enterprise was entered a new stage of diversification, marketization and branding, and obtained a history-making breakthrough in enterprise development strategy. After completing the reconstructing with Capital Healthcare Group, as the investment holding platform, Phoenix Healthcare possesses 18 medical institutions, including Beijing Yanhua Hospital, Beijing Aiyuhua Hospital for Children and Women as well as Intech Rehabilitation Group, serving more than 1.15 million patients per year.
